MCT offers refresher courses to strengthen and empower teachers’ capacity in Tanzania. These courses are an opportunity for Montessori caregivers and teachers to refresh their theoretical Montessori knowledge and skills, repair their teaching materials as well and connect with fellow Montessorians.
Through refresher courses, teachers learn new developments that are related to the Montessori approach of education and practical ways that can be well implemented in the Montessori environment.
This enhances teachers‘ competencies in terms of knowledge, skill, understanding, attitude, behavior, and performance at workplaces.
